Privacy Notice
U4WDA collects only the information needed to respond to messages, protect the website, and support the association's work.
How U4WDA Handles Website Information
Information You Choose to Send
When you use the contact form, U4WDA receives the information you enter, such as your name, email address, organization, topic, and message. The association uses it to review and respond to your request. U4WDA does not sell or rent personal information.
Website Security and Spam Prevention
The website may process technical information such as an IP address, browser request details, timestamps, and form activity to prevent abuse, investigate errors, and protect the contact form. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare may also process technical data needed to determine whether a submission is legitimate.
Cookies and External Services
The contact form uses an essential session cookie to help prevent forged submissions. The site also loads services provided by third parties, including web fonts, Bootstrap resources, Facebook links, and downloadable documents. Those providers may handle information under their own privacy policies when their services are loaded or visited.
Email Delivery and Retention
Contact-form messages are delivered through U4WDA's email service and may be retained in association email records for as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain organizational records, resolve disputes, or protect the website.
Your Choices
You do not need to use the form to browse the website. If you want to ask about information previously submitted through the site, send U4WDA a message using the contact form.
